    In the words of the BBC: "Sadly, she died peacefully..."

    Indeed, some of us would have preferred to hear she died in agonies of regret at what she did to the country.

    Evidently, the BBC reported that she had died after "a strike".

    Apparently three of Hell's fires have already been deemed "uneconomic" and shut down.
