It's Not Rocket Science

In the interests of cheering everyone up, may I bring your attention to this article in today's online Guardian. Hilarious... It made me weep with laughter, and still does, whenever I think of it.

That is all: carry on.

There's something uniquely Australian in: "My partner took me to the hospital that she works in because she wanted all her colleagues to laugh at me."

Presumably she also hoped they'd help with the magnets, but that wasn't the driving force here, as it were.

I have to be careful here, as I have several Australian readers, but, yes...

Working remotely is vile; I have never yearned to 'work from home' and still don't. I'm not sure I'd be tempted to turn to magnets, building shelves or tiling as possible distractions, though. Hey, ho, it brought some amusement just when we need it, though. Keep well, keep on.

DM,

Yes, must be weird working at such a remove from the customers, especially if your home kit and setup is not work friendly... Odd how "working from home" has stopped being quite such a euphemism for "watching the tennis / cricket / box set of The Wire"...
